In this case, KKTCELL has no responsibility. 3.10. In accordance with this membership agreement, KKTCELL has the authority to send informative e-mails to its members' registered e-mail addresses and informative SMSs to their mobile phones, and with the approval of this membership agreement, the member accepts to receive the informative e-mails and/or SMSs.

  4. Under this contract, there is information about the data categories of the members, the purposes of use of the data and the rights that the members have on their data;

    Account Data: Members' name, surname, e-mail address, phone number (optional) are collected and used for purposes such as account activation, identity verification, notification about donations, preparation and sending of donation certificates.

    Certificate Data: Information such as the name and surname of the members, the donated project, the donated institution, the donation amount, the name, surname and e-mail address of the person to whom the donation is made in case of a gift certificate. The person's e-mail is used for the purposes of sending the certificate.

    Donation Data: Donations are kept in the database by associating them with the member's account.

    Members' rights regarding their data: Members can learn whether their data is processed, all their personal data that has been processed, as well as their source, the purpose of processing their personal data, the categories of recipients or recipients of this information, and the categories of data processed or being processed, regarding their personal data. Obtaining information about the progress made in processing since the notification made, requesting correction, deletion* or blocking of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing in accordance with the rules of the legislation, the rights in the form of correction, deletion* and blocking, where the actions taken are not impossible and do not require disproportionate effort.   5. Termination of the Contract This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels his/her membership or his/her membership is cancelled by KKTCELL. In the event that the member violates any provision of the membership agreement, KKTCELL may terminate the agreement unilaterally by cancelling the membership of the member.

  6. Settlement of Disputes Nicosia District Courts are authorized in disputes related to this contract.

  7. Enforcement Membership registration made by the member means that the member has read all This Agreement was concluded and entered into force at the time of the member's membership registration.
